PAYMENT & ENROLMENT TERMS
Scott Tennis Academy reserves the right to change or increase prices as necessary.
Once a booking has been made (whether online, email or over the phone), if for some reason the standard of the class is not suitable Scott Tennis Academy holds the right to change or amend to a more suitable option.
Bookings are for the full term and mid term refunds and cancellations won’t be offered. Make-ups are available through out the term subject to availability.
IMAGE CONSENT
When you sign up to a coaching program at Scott Tennis Academy, you are providing consent to allow your image to be used on our Social Media platforms and/or Website. These images will only be used for the sole purpose of advancing Scott Tennis Academy exposure in a tennis related manner. Feel free to email us if you have concerns regarding this please contact admin@scotttennis.com.au.
The use of cameras and other photographic or recording equipment (including mobile phones) at Scott Tennis Academy is not permitted without Scott Tennis Academy’s prior written consent.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you be unable to attend please communicate there is a 24-hour minimum cancellation policy. Should you be unable to provide full 24 hours’ notice, the full lesson fee will be charged.
WET WEATHER POLICY
Wet weather cancellation notifications will be delivered by Text (SMS) message prior to the lesson. If you have not received a text message the lessons will proceed. As a courtesy customers will be eligible for make-up sessions for all wet weather cancellations. Please see our makeup lesson policy below.
MAKEUP POLICY
We offer make up lessons as a courtesy for customers affected by wet weather and communicated cancellations (maximum 2 per term). This must be communicated via email and Scott Tennis Academy. Make up sessions must be booked in advance and used within the same term. Make up sessions are also subject to availability only.
INJURY CREDIT POLICY
Customers who are injured and unable to participate in sport will receive a credit for their missed sessions. Credits must be used the following tennis term. All injuries must be accompanied with a valid medical certificate covering date/s of the program/s missed.
NEED TO CHANGE OR AMEND YOUR BOOKING
No problems at all, simply notify us 48 hours prior.
SAFETY AND MEDICAL
Entrants authorise Scott Tennis Academy to obtain medical assistance, treatment and transport as deemed reasonably necessary by Scott Tennis Academy and acknowledge that they will be responsible for any costs associated with any such medical treatment and/or transportation.
I understand that I/my child/children should not participate in this event/events/lesson unless responsible, educated and social and in a fit state to complete the lesson safely. I acknowledge that if I am aware of an existing medical condition and uncertain of my state of fitness then a medical practitioner should verify my physical condition.
I have provided or attached to my entry form details of any medical or physical conditions from which I suffer that might affect my performance or be relevant if medical treatment is needed. I accept the risk of participating despite these conditions. I have supplied an emergency contact name and number; this person is contactable both during and after the event and is not another participant.
All participants must be toilet trained or otherwise accompanied by an adult/parent or supervisor.
INSURANCE
Scott Browne Is insured under Australian Tennis Professional Coaches Association Limited Insurance Program for its Qualified, Associate and Trainee Accredited Tennis Coach and Financial Members.
Scott Browne has completed a police check for the NSW commission, child related working with children and young people.
I understand that insurance cover held by Scott Browne may not cover me or my child for all injury, loss or damage sustained by me. Scott Tennis Academy is not liable for any damages. You and your child(ren) participate at their own risk.
PROPERTY
If an entrant causes any damage to Scott Tennis Academy and Scott Browne’s property / facilities / equipment they will be held responsible for all costs associated with replacement or repairs whichever is decided by Scott Tennis Academy.
DECLARATION WAIVER AND INDEMNITY
Release and Indemnity
I acknowledge that coaching, competitions, camps and all other events conducted by Scott Tennis Academy expose my child/children/I/enrolled member to certain risks when using the facilities, including but not limited to physical injury and death, psychological abuse or permanent injury, arising from various causes such as overexertion, equipment, food consumption, transport, dehydration, accidents with other competitors, spectators or road users, weather conditions and other causes. All entrants enter Scott Tennis Academy at their own risk.
In consideration of the applicants participation in Scott Tennis Academy programs, I agree to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Scott Tennis Academy and its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers from any actions, claims, demands, expenses howsoever arising from any injury, loss or damage incurred in connection with my participation is Scott Tennis Academy programs. This release shall extend to, Tennis New South Wales and Tennis Australia, event organizers and their respective directors, partners, managers, officers, agents, contractors, employees and volunteers including event medical and paramedical personnel. This release and indemnity continues forever and binds my heirs, executors, personal representatives and assigns.
